The following terms apply to any products purchased from us.

    Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

    Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from Us.

    Service refers to the Website.

    You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

3. Your Order Cancellation Rights

    You are entitled to cancel your order before it is dispatched without giving any reason. The deadline for canceling an order is before the order is dispatched or handed over to the shipping carrier.

•     Canceling the order via your dashboard. Once the order is dispatched, the cancellation option will no longer be available.

    We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation request, using the same payment method you used for the order. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

4. Conditions For Returns

    For Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

•         The Goods were not used in any form and no labels are changed/destroyed.
•         The Goods are in their original packaging.

    The following Goods cannot be returned:

•         The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
•         The supply of Goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or are past their expiry date.
•         The supply of Goods that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.

    We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion. Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded, unless prohibited by applicable law.

5. Returning Goods

    You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to us. Please send returns to the following address:

    We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service to return your Goods. We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipping. Refunds cannot be processed without the actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.
